Återbetalningspolicy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Important Return Conditions

Returned goods will be inspected upon arrival, and we reserve the right to decline a refund if the item is found to be used, altered, or damaged. Items with adhesive backing that has been removed or is missing are considered used and are not eligible for return. Any approved refund for items returned in less-than-new condition will be issued at our sole discretion.

Returned products remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by EuroSpeed. Please package them securely to prevent damage during transit. We cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in return shipping, or for items not delivered to our return address. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method and keeping proof of postage.

To start a return, contact us at support@eurospeed.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items (e.g., all carbon fiber parts)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us before purchasing. We are unable to refund orders delivered to incorrect shipping addresses.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: A 5% processing fee will apply to cover non-refundable payment fees.
  • After Shipping: A 20% restocking fee applies. You must first receive and return the product; return shipping is your responsibility.
  • Custom Orders: All custom orders (including carbon fiber) are subject to a 50% restocking fee. These cannot be canceled after processing begins. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging. A restocking fee still applies, and the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
