Fitment Guarantee
We provide enthusiasts with high-quality carbon fiber and aftermarket components. Every item is inspected prior to shipment. Because many parts are crafted by hand, small variances are normal and minor adjustments may be required for installation. By purchasing, you acknowledge the following terms.
Professional installation is required. Fitment support and return consideration apply only when a qualified automotive shop performs or attempts the install. We do not accept fitment claims for DIY installs.
Please test-fit all parts before drilling, trimming, painting, or removing protective films/tape. Clean mounting surfaces and align panels; depending on vehicle tolerances, thicker automotive adhesive tape, small shims, or light sanding may be appropriate for best results. If a significant misalignment is discovered, stop installation and document the issue.
Carbon fiber and custom items are generally not eligible for return. The only exception is when a part has a clear manufacturing defect or significant fitment issue that prevents installation despite following the steps above with a professional installer. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and include a shop invoice plus photos/video. Items must be in like-new, unmodified condition with all accessories/hardware.
Resolution: Approved cases may be returned for a refund to the original payment method. Shipping and installation costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Use a tracked, insured service; unauthorized returns will be refused.
The following are not eligible: DIY installs; damage during installation; parts that were painted, drilled, trimmed, or sanded before a documented claim; normal traits of hand-laid carbon such as subtle weave shifts, minor clear-coat texture or micro pinholes within tolerance; vehicle-side issues (prior body work, warped panels, incompatible aftermarket parts); cosmetic preference concerns after installation.
We reserve the right to decline service where procedures are not followed or products are returned used or modified. Each claim is reviewed case by case to ensure fair outcomes.
