The Integrated Engineering 2.5L ultimate power kit has been carefully designed to fit 07K engines while retaining all of your factory components. Through extensive research and development, this intake manifold fits with no modifications to the engine bay, vacuum system, emissions systems, fuel system, or coolant system. With the plenum being larger than the factory, the throttle body placement is moved a small amount, which is easily plumbed to your mass airflow sensor using the included 2.5L manifold air intake kit.

Technical Details
IE engineers exploit careful tuning of the intake manifold runner lengths and diameters to create a resonance effect that rams more air into the cylinders. The plenum and runner designs have been carefully optimized with computer software for maximum flow, allowing your engine to breathe easier and perform at its best.
Increased Plenum Volume
This plenum on this manifold has been generously sized and shaped to distribute airflow as evenly as possible to all 5 cylinders. The increased internal volume is a massive improvement over the factory piece and ensures a steady supply of air for the engine.
Flow Tuned Runner Design
By using a cast aluminum construction manifold, IE’s engineers are able to properly size and shape the manifold runners and velocity stacks for optimal performance. This runner flow and resonance tuning is a huge contributor to the overall performance of the intake manifold and is not possible to achieve on hand-welded manifolds generally available for this platform. Featuring aggressively sized runners that have been optimally tuned for large power increases throughout the mid-high RPM band. IE’s engineers employ CFD software to research and develop an optimized runner and bellmouth design, after many revisions to the design they have achieved the best runner shape, size, and velocity stack for the 2.5L application.
Engineering Process
Unlike other manifolds on the market that are simply welded and made to fit on the car, IE’s performance intake manifolds receive special treatment from start to finish. IE’s engineering department looks at each specific application and designs an intake manifold with a properly sized runner and plenum.
IE’s engineers use Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software to optimize the runner and velocity stack (bellmouth) system for proper resonance tuning and airflow. Unlike competitor manifolds, IE uses this process on each manifold to design the application-specific runner system to maximize airflow delivery to the cylinders.
Once the manifold has been designed and flow has been optimized, the 3D models head over to IE’s 3D printing studio to manufacture the initial prototype. The 3D printed manifold is fastened onto IE’s in-house engine dynamometer and in-house chassis dynamometer for testing. To validate the plenum, runner, and bellmouth design, IE tests each revision in a controlled environment. Once all testing data has been collected, it is analyzed and used to determine if changes are necessary before going into production.
Requires Stage 2 Software
Simply installing the manifold itself does not unlock your power potential, you will also need to update the ECU tune to recalibrate it for the increased volume and flow of the new manifold. The IE Stage 2 performance flash for VW 2.5L engines is designed specifically to re-calibrate the naturally aspirated 2.5L engine for use with the IE intake manifold. That is to not only provide more horsepower and torque, but make the driving experience more enjoyable by removing rev hang, increasing throttle response, and increasing the rev limiter. With such a significant power increase, it makes the vehicle much more enjoyable to drive, with plenty of power available until redline. Tune sold separately
Power Steering
This manifold will fit all VW 2.5L engines with the electric power steering system. If your car is equipped with a hydraulic power steering pump, this manifold will not fit.
Automatic Transmission Tune Required
Automatic vehicles require a matching IE TCU Transmission tune to allow high revving of the automatic transmission. The stock automatic tune has internal transmission rev limit controllers that shift before the manifold and software can make the extra power gained through the upgrade. IE’s Auto Transmission Tune removes this limiter allowing full advantage of the manifold & tune.
Installation
Installation requires removal of the factory intake manifold, fuel injectors, fuel rail, PCV system components, factory intake, and other factory parts. Although the install is straightforward, serious engine damage can occur from incorrect installation and professional installation is recommended.
IE 2.5L Intake Manifold Cold Air Intake Kit
The IE 2.5L manifold features a larger plenum than the factory plastic manifold resulting in a different throttle body location. A direct install without modifying an existing intake will require the use of IE 2.5L Manifold Cold Air Intake Kit IE Part Number: IEIMVB2

An ECU tune is required to take advantage of the IE intake manifold performance design. The IE 2.5L Stage 2 Manifold Software recalibrates the factory ECU to deliver record-breaking performance gains on the factory engine internals. Shipping Coverage
EuroSpeed ships to customers across the United States and internationally. Shipping is included in the price of eligible products for your convenience and covers the initial cost of delivery to your destination.
Import duties, taxes, clearance fees, or customs charges required by your destination country are not included and remain the recipient’s responsibility.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Every order is reviewed, processed, and prepared before shipment. Most in-stock products are processed within 1–3 business days, though some orders may take up to 5 business days depending on fulfillment location, product type, order volume, or courier pickup timing.
EuroSpeed stocks select high-demand products at our U.S. facility and international fulfillment centers. Because our catalog includes many vehicle-specific and specialty parts, not every product is held in-house at all times.

Custom, Made-To-Order & Oversized Items
Custom, made-to-order, and oversized product categories may include carbon fiber steering wheels, hoods, trunk lids, fenders, front lips, splitters, side skirts, diffusers, bumpers, body kits, widebody components, select spoilers, rear wings, and other large carbon fiber components.
Many carbon fiber items are made to order. Some products may already be stocked and ready to dispatch when available, but if inventory is unavailable, your purchase reserves the next available production slot instead of waiting for a separate restock listing.
Production time: Production can take 1–4 weeks depending on product type, selected options, finish, current queue, and quality-control timing.
Shipping time: Shipping can take 2–10 weeks depending on item size, freight method, destination, customs processing, carrier delays, warehouse transfers, and final delivery location. Carbon fiber steering wheels typically ship faster, with shipping usually taking 3–7 business days after dispatch.
By purchasing custom, made-to-order, or oversized items, you acknowledge and accept the extended production, fulfillment, and shipping timelines associated with these products.
Tracking Updates & Delays
All orders receive a tracking number once generated by the courier. Tracking may take 2–3 business days after dispatch to show movement in the courier’s system.
Certain international, oversized, or freight shipments may show limited updates during transfer between fulfillment locations, warehouses, customs, or final-mile carriers. In some cases, tracking is provided or begins updating once the item reaches a regional warehouse, local carrier, or final delivery network.
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by high order volume, weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, production queues, warehouse transfers, holidays, or other external factors may occur and are outside of EuroSpeed’s direct control. These delays do not qualify for cancellations or refunds unless the carrier officially marks the package as lost.
Delivery Responsibility
Upon delivery, carefully inspect the item for visible defects or damage before signing for it. If the item is damaged or not as expected, do not accept the package. Once a damaged or defective product is accepted, EuroSpeed cannot cover return shipping costs.
EuroSpeed is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is lost, stolen, or missing after being marked as delivered, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Our team will assist with available documentation when needed.
Shipping addresses typically cannot be changed once an order has been marked as shipped. If an address change is possible through the carrier, any carrier redirect, correction, or address-change fee will be the customer’s responsibility.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are the customer’s responsibility. EuroSpeed is not responsible for failed deliveries, additional shipping costs, lost packages, or refunds caused by incorrect shipping information, failure to accept delivery, or failure to collect a package from the post office or carrier pickup location within the required time frame.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
EuroSpeed’s free shipping policy does not include import fees, taxes, duties, clearance charges, or other fees required by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and EuroSpeed is not responsible for any duties or taxes requested by local customs.
Most shipments clear customs automatically through the shipping provider. However, if additional information is needed to complete the process, our team will assist where possible to help ensure a smooth resolution.
If customs clearance fails and the item is returned or destroyed:
- EuroSpeed reserves the right to deny refund claims.
- Returned items may incur return shipping fees, which will be deducted from any eligible refund.
- Items deemed too costly to return may be destroyed, and no refund will be issued if this occurs.
Package Protection
For added peace of mind, EuroSpeed offers ShipInsure package protection as an optional service at checkout. When selected, this service provides coverage for lost or damaged packages. - “Damaged” means the item is broken and unusable.
