If any delays arise, we will promptly notify you via email with an updated timeline. Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We cannot cancel or refund an order while it is in transit due to delays until the carrier officially marks it as lost.
Receiving Your Item
Upon delivery, carefully inspect the item for any defects or damage before signing for it. If the item is damaged or not as expected, do not accept the package. Once a damaged or defective product is accepted, EuroSpeed cannot cover return shipping costs.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for any costs associated with providing an invalid or incorrect address, failure to accept delivery at the provided address, or failure to collect delivery from the post office within the required time frame. We are unable to provide refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address.
Import Information
EuroSpeed’s free shipping policy does not include import fees, taxes, or duties required by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and we are not responsible for any duties or taxes that your local customs may request. Most shipments clear customs automatically through the shipping provider. However, if additional information is needed to complete the process, we will assist you to ensure a smooth resolution.
If customs clearance fails and the item is returned or destroyed:

- Returned items may incur return shipping fees, which will be deducted from any eligible refund
