We include tracking information at no extra charge with every order.
Most in-stock items are processed and ready to ship within 2 business days.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY
At EuroSpeed, shipping is included in the price of our products for your convenience. This policy covers the initial cost of shipping your order to your destination.
Please note, however, that import duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by your country are not covered under this policy and are the recipient’s responsibility. While our shipping partners typically handle customs clearance, they may occasionally require additional information. If needed, our team is here to assist with the process.
SHIPPING TIMES (ESTIMATED)
Orders typically ship within 5 business days of purchase, but custom carbon fiber items may require additional time for production.
Delivery to most countries usually takes 5-12 business days after shipping. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Custom carbon fiber items will typically deliver in 2-8 weeks from purchase date.
RECEIVING YOUR ITEM
Upon delivery, carefully inspect the item for any defects or damage before signing for it. If the item is damaged or not as expected, do not accept the package. Once a damaged or defective product is accepted, EuroSpeed cannot cover return shipping costs.
IMPORT INFORMATION
EuroSpeed’s free shipping policy does not include import fees, taxes, or duties required by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Most shipments clear customs automatically through the shipping provider. However, if additional information is needed to complete the process, we will assist you to ensure a smooth resolution.
If clearance is not completed, the shipment may be returned to us or destroyed. Items returned to EuroSpeed may incur additional shipping fees, which will be deducted from any applicable refund. If a return is deemed uneconomical due to high costs, the item may be destroyed without a refund.
SHIPINSURE PACKAGE PROTECTION
For added peace of mind, EuroSpeed offers ShipInsure—an optional package protection service for your order. When selected during checkout, this service ensures coverage for lost or damaged packages. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damaged items if purchase protection is not selected during checkout.
Please note that some larger body kit purchases may not be eligible for ShipInsure protection. In such cases, we recommend contacting our team to arrange alternative shipping insurance options.

SHIPINSURE COVERAGE POLICY
- Claim must be filed within 14 days of delivery.
- Stuck in transit for 7 days domestically or 14 days internationally are considered lost.
- Damaged claims typically require photo evidence.
- 2 day buffer between delivery date and when we proceed with a claim for lost/stolen.
- Police reports requested at $500, or when there's red flags for fraud, etc.
- Damaged is defined as a broken and unusable product.
